Thanks Adam, thought I was still mixing it up. Yes quai investments. Do they have an easy to use app (on top of the website dashboard)?

@dingg said in Micron report and general tech news: Thanks Adam Wondered why klac was looking a bit perky on the premarket. As are some others, could be a bit of a good day if it carries through to the close Ah well, another kick in the balls, smci potential dodgy dealings pulling the rug on semis, this time next year Rodney

@Nik-Burrows Thanks, I've sent you an e-mail with an additional (easy to answer) question about my DB pension application.

Which is what I said over on PH. Discussed with Nik and it was something outside of IM control. Processes of the Custodians I think, maybe it can be fixed now

@dingg said in Fed rate cut 50bps: Yes, today will be stellar, show on tomorrow's read out Friday is opex, going to be volatile, closing just positive (he says optimistically) You are of a more optimistic mindset than me! Or (much more likely) you simply have different portfolio allocations. For me, Thursday (i.e results shown on Friday) was decent but not huge. And Friday (results shown on Saturday) was slightly down. Hoping for big things on Monday (Tuesday's results), but then I hope for that every day!

Hi All. Aggregating threads/data from third-party sources is not really within the scope of this forum. However you can accomplish this quite easily yourself with an RSS reader. Feedly is probably the easiest and most popular option, free to use up to 100 feeds. However, there are plenty of other free and paid options. Most forums, including this one; have multiple RSS feeds you can subscribe to (look for the [image: 1726570922525-screenshot-2024-09-17-120153.png] icon). If you want to further customise your experience you can do so from your user profile.

Thank you Adam for your email today. This turned out to my fault, I'd put it into IM Money Markets (as there was a few quid in there I wanted to use), which of course is not cash, so takes time to sell down. Switches completed today.

@nilamac said in Is there plans to improve the forum structure?: @Renmure-Jim I hope this never happens. Or that the moderators block/remove them ... Can’t believe you can have a serious forum about pensionzzzzzz and investmentzzzzz and savingzzzzz without a few cats thrown into the mix for a bit of balance. Hey ho.

@Jasey_ It would, but when I want to split a chunk between three different holdings that's not an option, and after doing the first two I'm not sure what would happen if I left the third as "Full switch", what would happen if that was processed first, of course I could have left the third one until another day. Once the tax rebate comes in I'll do a full switch, I only paid it in as cash so I could use the £4.03 that was in cash. I still have odd amounts in PHO and PHE. Ultimately its a bug in the website that needs fixing though, as there is nothing wrong with 2 decimal place

FWIW, it seems to me that in the world of investing then taking our hands off the wheel is often the route to the best results. On that basis then a slight hiatus is perhaps no bad thing, presuming that we all remain invested in the things that we thought worthwhile in the first place.

Hi Slow Horses Great user name, love the series. There is no charge for guidance and this is usually a great starting point as it will help you decide if you are better served by using the guidance model or if you do need advice. The fees for any advice will vary dependent on what the advice needs to cover. If advice is the route that you decide to explore we will allows let you know what the fees are before any work is done so you can decide if the fee is worth the service you need. Nik
