    Hi Wibble, any gains and losses will be crystallised on sale. To be clear, the 'move' function, although a simplified dashboard process for the account holder, will still go through a sale of asset into cash in the GIA(using this example) and a transfer into the ISA tax wrapper. It is not an in-specie (transfer in its current form) process. Whether there is actual tax to pay will be determined by your individual situation. In summary, this process could trigger a taxable event. Regards Adam

    It mildly concerns me, tbh. Left hand, right hand, task ownership etc. I do appreciate Nik said the process was a bit “lumpy”, but it doesn’t fill us with confidence they will perform the transfer this FY 🫣 We remain hopeful!

    Thank you Nik. Perhaps you could propose giving the client the option to abandon the small change remaining in funds since it costs the company more to withdraw than the amounts themselves. This would help expedite the process. Frank

    Hi G, It's legit-generated by IT. When the forum was first made available, some of the controls around email validation had not been switched on.     Just to round this off….it was 9 days from placing order to receiving money with Fidelity Happy with the Cobens timeframe
