Haha, I did the same at the end of last year, to buy an E39 M5 that caught my eye...
Took approx two weeks in total from me making the request to the cash being in my current account.

5 working days from instruction to receipt of cash is the current time frame. Any trades are effective the same day circa 2-3pm uk time on the day received(dashboard instruction in by 9am)

Nik can answer that more clearly. My understanding is once set up it just ticks along but setting them up takes a number of weeks.

A SIPP withdrawal takes a little longer as it needs to run through FCA questionnaires, Payroll and HMRC
An ad hoc withdrawal 4 weeks, if you set up a regular income after the initial set up it just pays out each month

Assuming above is still applicable, is 'receipt of cash' the time it takes to move to a cash holding within Cobens ready to withdraw or a likely timescale to get monies in another bank account? Looking at withdrawing money from Lifestyle for Growth to cash for transfer out.
Also, I will be putting in an ISA transfer at a building society to move cash there, what is a typical transfer timescale for that? (I appreciate that this will take longer than a normal bank transfer.)

Withdrawing cash is a different process to Transfers-out, with a transfer maintaining the wrapped and a withdrawal, not. A withdrawal is circa 5 working days, a transfer is longer and is provider(new) lead.

Thanks Adam. I'm assuming that I need to move the investment to cash within Cobens first and then apply to the target BS to get them to transfer the money to them so it stays within the ISA wrapper. Is this (the first part) correct? Also, what details do I need to give to the receiving BS about who currently holds my ISA, I seem to recall reading it's not Cobens. To clarify, I want to move my holding to cash and then transfer as cash to keep in a cash ISA.

Just for info for others, I started a withdrawal from my isa Wednesday, and received funds today (Monday) so pretty quick.
