Consolidating small holdings
-
There was some chat on this a while ago on PH, but don't recall a conclusion.
I just checked my wife's SIPP and there's a £0.01 in PHO a £4.07 in PHE that just clutter up the dashboard. They're clearly a result of some income after selling out the entire holding into another portfolio. (She's also got a £0.86 PHE in her ISA)
Whilst I know I can sell these for 'free', ideally I'd like to do it in a way that costs Cobens / Quai / whoever the least as well.
Is there anything in the works, or should I just do a manual transfer to another portfolio ?
Thanks

Hi Car Bon
Yes it is in the works, it got interrupted given recent changes, but is still on the agenda.
Cheers

I'd also be interested in this, as I have a few oddments to tidy up.
If someone sells down a complete holding, wouldn't it be best for any future income to go to the same destination, as clearly that was the intention, as its all been sold?
@Ronski Shhh, stop making sensible suggestions!

Which is what I said over on PH. Discussed with Nik and it was something outside of IM control. Processes of the Custodians I think, maybe it can be fixed now
