    @Adam-Kay / @Nik-Burrows

    Appreciate there is some sort of blackout during the migration to the new custodian.

    Does this also include adding new contributions for this year's ISA?

    Got some incoming cash I wanted to use for this and timing of markets suggests now might not be a bad time.

    Let me know what's possible / not possible and I can manage accordingly.

    Thanks.

      Hi
      Unfortunately it affects all transactions. While funds are moved from one custodian to the other there is no facility to trade.
      We should be back up and running by the 19th
      Cheers

        Thanks Nik, ok will have a think and whether to hold off (I get the timing Vs time but if there's an opportunity ...)

          Not sure if this is the best place to ask but are some of the daily results getting out of sync or disrupted by the move?

          Thereโ€™s been a couple recently, including todays, that did not fit with what I expected.

            Hi Steve
            Simple answer is unfortunately yes. Tech is currently slightly undervalued with a couple of stock valuations lagging the actual closing prices, it will correct and be fully back on track when the switch is complete.
            As a quick heads up there is a planned KLS 10-1 stock split taking place today and that may affect valuations as the changes may not be correctly reflected during the transition. We are working with both custodians to try and resolve it and make sure the reporting is correct, but a custodian switch, a stock split and a weekend are nearly a perfect storm of moving parts!

              Hi Nik
              That makes sense thanks, not unfortunate at all, unfortunate would be if we were only 0.3 up yesterday when I was expecting over 2% ๐Ÿ˜†

              The value of your investments can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you invested.
