Couple of questions, as per title:

• Under Cobens, are the entry fees and minimum investment levels still waived (as per a previous investment firm )?

• Could someone advise what the approx YTD performance of Lifestyle is please?

The 100% equity portfolio of Lifestyle (Nr 1) is up 7.05% YTD which compares favourably with:

Technology is +21.38% YTD and whilst past performance is no indication of future returns, Grok 4 describes its performance as 'Elite' and in the top 0.1% Globally. We achieved that in 2024 and 2023 also. This is all down to a great team at Cobens Direct(and a lot of hard work) and we are very happy for our clients. We hope you feel that these boards support you in your investment decisions.

Lifestyle, it's composition, like Tech built completely by me with the exception of some of the fixed income weights in portfolio 4 and 5 (Withdrawal strategy) has been a very rewarding product.

At Cobens Direct there are no minimum investment thresholds and we do not charge any initial fees
