    Hi All,

Over the next 24 hours you should all receive a letter (via email) to advise that we are moving to a new Custodian-away from Seccl and to Winterflood. Winterflood are a much larger service provider (they already provide services to Seccl) and we feel they can better serve our requirements.

    Other changes:

Around the dealing size as they relate to Lifestyle, Tech and Equity portfolios. From June 15th the minimum investment size is £300.

Switch frequency. Two free of charge switches per portfolio per quarter. Again this relates to Lifestyle, Tech and Equity.

If you have any questions please ask.

The letter from Quai will be providing the required 30 days notice of the above.

      fyi...

Winterflood Business Services (WBS) is a UK financial infrastructure provider with about £17.5bn in assets under administration and around 61 institutional clients, supporting a much wider downstream network of platforms, brokers and wealth managers.

It sits behind major UK investment platforms rather than serving end investors directly. Clients include well-known wealth and platform firms such as Fidelity International, Transact, Quilter, Aviva, and other adviser platforms and brokers that outsource custody, dealing, settlement and reporting to WBS.

The value of your investments can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you invested.
