Pension Drawdown and SIPP Investment

Hi,
I am considering starting a drawdown of my SIPP Pension and would like to know what implications I need to consider.
Could you please give me an idea what will happen to my invested fund (IML), will it still be invested? Will my employer still be able to add contributions to my invested fund?
Another consideration, can I move this fund into MM and start drawdown and still receive benefits?
