How long does it take to complete a lump sum drawdown?

I am due to receive a DB pension in December and they are asking if I have drawn down, or if I am planning to draw down.
My paperwork needs to be submitted by mid November.
If I start the SIPP drawdown today, will I still be in the process of drawing down in November, or will I have drawn down by then?

Dependent on the portfolio holdings, it would typically take 10-14 working days from application to funds in your account.
