    Hi @iestyn and @Slow-Horses We charge a flat rate of £350 for all the research, application, and delivery. For all forum members that join before Christmas we will reduce that to £250. Our mortgage advisers are independent and conduct their research through the whole of the market. They will try and do everything for you and chase through to conclusion. If you would like to speak to them at any point you can contact them on 01622 522785. Alternatively if you have any general questions feel free to post here and we will try and answer.
